Hi, I am Alisha Beecham. I teach second grade here at Henry Elementary. This is my 16th year teaching, and I absolutely love what I do! I enjoy helping my students build confidence as readers, writers, and problem-solvers. In our classroom, we strive to learn through hands-on activities and engaging lessons. Watching my students grow throughout the year—both academically and personally—is one of the most rewarding parts of my job. I feel lucky to be part of their learning adventures.
A little bit about me: I have been married to my wonderful husband, Jason, for 25 years. He attended Henry Elementary as a child. We have 4 amazing children who attended Henry Elementary as well. Henry School has been a significant part of our lives through education, sports, and community involvement. In our free time, we enjoy camping, boating, attending auctions, grilling out with family, watching movies, and spending time on the family farm.
