Welcome! I’m Mrs. Laura Manning, the School Counselor at Henry Elementary, and I’m honored to support our students and families each day.
I hold a Master of Education in School Counseling from Freed-Hardeman University and bring nine years of experience as a school counselor. This is my fifth year at Henry Elementary, and I feel so fortunate to be part of such a caring and dedicated school community.
As the school counselor, I work with students through:
Individual counseling
Small group sessions
Classroom guidance lessons
My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where every child feels seen, heard, and valued. I’m here to help students build confidence, develop social-emotional skills, and navigate challenges both in and out of the classroom.
